We found the accommodation so pristine and beautiful. The grounds were lovely and the countryside really interesting and such welcoming pubs to go to. We would be very happy to stay there again. 5 stars 🌟

Great place! Lovely large rooms and good quality furnishings. The mews is on the owner’s estate but remains self contained and private. Very good if you have a dog as the owners let you exercise the dog in an enclosed field in front of the mews. Our second stay and we will return!

Peacock Mews far exceeded our expectations! It is very well maintained with a large living space and kitchen area with plenty of equipment, crockery and cutlery. It has a beautiful, large, fully secure garden that our dog had full access to throughout our stay. The mews itself is located adjacent to a plot of land that Guy owns, home to a peacock, 2 horses, and an incredibly friendly donkey called Mabel, who liked to come right up to the garden fence to say hello to our dog! The place is super secure and only accessible through padlocked gates - Guy was very helpful and clear in his correspondence on how to access the grounds. Although the Mews is situated between the main house and the field, in which Guy goes across to work in and to tend to his animals, we still felt we had a great deal of privacy - the Mews had thick blackout curtains too. Guy greeted us when we arrived to ensure we had everything we needed, and he was great with our dog too! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful stay, clean, spacious, exceptionally dog friendly with the secure large garden. Even the peacock paid us a visit!
