Fantastic accommodation in a superb location! Our large party of 10 had a wonderful nights stay. The house offered ample space, with a beautiful layout and excellent amenities. We’d love to come back for another stay!

Reserved for a significant Birthday with family. The house is amazing and the pictures are reflective of the interior - which is stunning. Its spacious and there is loads of space for a larger group and it never felt crowed. Luckily the sun appeared for most of our stay. This helped as the garden terrace has a couple of comfy loungers for sun worshipers. The sound system was so good its made me consider upgrading. One of the guests left their earbuds behind and Simone was quick to pop these in the post. She is an explementary host and even left complementary fresh fruit, bread & milk. I'd love to stay again.

We used Simones place for filming, she was absolutely brilliant. Left snacks for the team, was very helpful. The view was outstanding, the whole place was clean, an aesthetic kind of feeling. Would defiantly visit this place again

Lovely comfortable house, that's not too far away from the bustle of central Brighton. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the house is extremely well equipped. The rooms are light, spacious and ideal for a larger group. It was perfect for our birthday celebration with plenty space for us all to relax in comfort and enjoy each others company. Communication with Simone was great and she made the whole experience simple and easy. Thanks again for a wonderful stay,

Stunning property & great hosts! I would highly recommend this beautiful home. I contacted Simone to see if she would let us use her home for a Company Team Day as this is slightly different from the normal booking. Well, Simone not only agreed but she went above & beyond to make sure all our needs were catered for and the day ran smoothly. I arrived and was blown away by how beautiful the property was and also how much bigger it was in real life! The property was very clean, the kitchen was kitted out with everything you could possibly need (30 people in a cooking challenge didn’t have any problems). There is parking spaces for up to 3 cars on the driveway but also plenty of free parking in nearby residential roads. I would love to return one day for a personal break away 😊 Thank you Simone!
