We have already discussed about my issue on parking - that they said they have in the premises but to reality, it was hard to park. Overall, the place was great. Some few specific points to consider: Pros: - airconditioning unit works great - room is complete with kitchen tools - you can actually cook and it has fridge - with netflix and youtube, and their wifi connection is really fast - with complete hygiene tools Cons: - located in a highway, so it was a bit noisy during the day - the room is at the 4th floor with no elev - not fit for the fainted heart/old aged guests

Place is nice & conducive for studying and host is very accommodating in catering our needs and they are checking up on us during our stay. I actually booked twice here and will definitely come back.
