Great location. Easy to walk to restaurants and the beach. The apartment is very attractive and comfortable. Such a fun adorable town. There are businesses below the apartment and there is a message as you enter to be aware of the neighbors so I do not recommend for young families. We tried to be as quiet as possible and were out most of the time but it would be hard with young children.

This condo is very newly furnished, so staying here was lovely! Everything felt new and clean, everything was very spacious (which is hard to find in Pacific Grove). Parking was fine, we were able to park right around the corner for our whole stay (a Sun-Fri). The negatives were that the hair salon downstairs (Prim Salon) very passive aggressively stomped up the stairs and slid a note "kindly" asking us to be quiet. We were by no means being loud. We have a 3.5 year old and 1 year old and they run around a bit. But that made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Vacasa basically just said "we will handle it". Also, there is a lack of simple amenities: Kleenex (we left some) Baby items (pack n play, high chair, bath tub) TV in main bedroom Washer & Dryer Extra towels Beach blankets/ towels Coffee!! Cooking stuff (oils, seasoning) The door entry codes were a little excessive as well (longer than usual and two different ones). All that to say- we would still stay here again!

We had a pleasent stay. neighborhood was nice. The apartment was over a business however and my kids had to be careful not to make too much noise during business hours so keep that in mind if you rent here. The floors are not carpeted and so it does make a big difference if you have younger children.

Loved every minute of our stay! The location is central to everything in Pacific Grove. The Condo was spotless and everything was brand new. One word of of caution. Really not suited for small children. The unit is above a Salon and Chiropractic clinic. We had a 3 year old with us and the pitter Peter of little feet was too much for them and they asked us (very nicely) to quiet down. The heat/AC was a little confusing but we eventually figured it out. Other than that I would highly recommend this unit!!

The location is very convenient. Restaurants and places of interest are within walking distance. Parking is easy. It’s newly renovated. So everything is very clean. It’s spacious, good for a family. Suggest the owner providing more amenities, such as coffee.
