Take an early morning walk to Namsan Tower without the tourists. Wander around the quiet streets while the city sleeps, then head back to enjoy your morning coffee in the private, tree-lined courtyard. This spacious 3-bedroom offers a peaceful retreat without the hassle of uphill climbs. Explore Seoul from this perfectly situated spot in the heart of the city, minus the usual hills, noise, and cramped spaces. Room (B) is more spacious compared to room (A). This spacious 3-bedroom apartment is lush with greenery, indoors and out. With it's own private back patio that faces a tiny neighborhood park, this kind of space is truly hard to come by in Seoul. This is a real home so you'll find it feels cozy and not like one of those spartan, company-owned listings. If you like cooking, you'll find carbon steel pans, good knives, the most amazing spatula in the world (you'll see) and homemade ghee :).

Comfortable for the most part! Didn’t have a mirror in the room so that was a bit of an inconvenience but Hassan made it a point to get a mirror by the end of my stay. Location was on point and apt was clean.
Hassan has a great place! Its really cozy and spacious, I felt right at home immidiately. On top of that, he was so helpful and communicative. I only stayed for a short time there, and was hoping I could interact more, but overall I had a really nice stay. Thanks Hassan! P.S.: if you wanna explore the neighborhood around, bring a comfy shoes, bcs it can be quite a HIKE! haha
Hassan is the perfect one host. Very kind guy with a good heart. He helps me a lot, it was always here when I need information or to help me for my trip. The best host so far. The apartment was pretty good, nice room, very comfortable, clean, with some plants, nice decoration. I wanted just stay there more. Just if you read my feedback, book this place, one the best for all countries when I have been like more 100 countries 😉

Boseok-gil is the quiet, residential side of the gently gentrified neighborhood of Kyoungridan, which adjoins the party and eating district of Itaewon next door. Think cafes and art galleries rather than bars and clubs, which are just a short walk away. Unlike most of the accommodation you can find around Itaewon, Boseok-gil is flat and easy to get to. Centrally located, locals comment that Kyoungridan nevertheless retains the feel of a small village where everyone knows eachother.
12 min stroll to the subway and several convenient bus lines connecting in every direction. There are some shared, paid parking lots but you'll find it's better not to bring a car. Taxis are also surprisingly affordable and easy to find.
