The kitchen is for the true gourmet chef in the family, with everything needed to prepare the smallest to the largest meal, and for any type of entertainment, large to intimate gatherings. Both offer easy access to the harbor and canal to the house. Garage: two car garage available for guest use. Please return the garage door opener to the kitchen counter upon departure. No Pets are allowed at this property. Pool heat is an additional cost per week or per month PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid. The pool is chlorinated. BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.
