Book this studio room with us and make your holidays unforgettable! neighbourhood is very friendly and easy to find anything you need. A market is just 20 meters from the villa as well as some coffee shops. To go to the main beaches of Ksamil, you need to walk around 8-10 minutes.

Öncelikle Denis çok yardımsever bir ev sahibiydi. Her konuda bana yardımcı oldu. Evin konumu Ksamil’in en iyi plajlarına 10 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. İlk başta konum beni korkutsa da adayı keşfettikten sonra farkına vardım ki evin konumu hem kafa dinlemek için hem de sosyalleşebilmek için harika avantajlara sahip. Gece uyurken pencereyi açarsanız dalga sesleri size eşlik ediyor ve bu çok huzur vericiydi. Evdeki bütün eşyalar yeniydi. Kendimi bu evde kalırken çok özel hissettim.Özetle, bir sonraki Ksamil tatilimde tekrar tercih edeceğim bir lokasyon oldu.
We had a lovely stay at Denis. Google maps wasn’t the most helpful with finding the appartment, but luckily the Albanian neighbours very nicely showed us the way. The reception was very nice, our room was showed to us and was very clean. From the balcony you could see the lake. After going out, we could even park the car on the driveway. Would recommend staying here when visitting Ksamil beaches :)
