The owners are very responsive and easy to deal with, the house is located in a great area with a great view. Unfortunately, that is where it ends... the house is dated and needs serious maintenance. All bathrooms are dirty/filthy and the faucets, sinks and toilet bowls need replacement already. It seems that prior our check-in, the house has not been occupied for quite sometime as we can see spider webs in the bathrooms and toilets. One of the bathrooms has no water supply (both on the shower and toilet). Aircons in the bedrooms are old and noisy (missing knobs and controls) and no cabinets/hooks. The 4th bedroom found at the lower floor is almost unlivable (we did not use it during our stay) as insects and ants can be found all over the room (from the walls, floors and beds). We even bought Baygon and sprayed the whole room. The living room is great with a big LCD TV equipped with Netflix but since it's summer time, staying in the living room with no aircon is somehow uncomfortable.

The apartment itself is decent, but there are some issues with the amenities. For instance, the karaoke unit isn't functional, and there's an issue with mosquitoes swarming out of the bathroom when it's opened, likely due to inadequate drainage covers. Additionally, the abundance of posters detailing additional fees and expenses throughout the space creates a feeling of unease and makes it less welcoming. We decided to checkout early to make use of the time to roam around instead. But if you prefer to relax and just do nothing and feel the cool breeze of tagaytay, it's an average deal.

Absolutely loved our stay at this place with my family! Everything about this airbnb is stunning, but the highlight has to be the breathtaking panoramic Taal view. Highly recommend for group stays!

Really great place to relax. It is spacious and clean. The view is amazing and it is very peaceful. Perfect if you want to spend quality time with your family. So love the place!! 😍😍 Hope to be back here soon.

It's a stunning place! What a lovely view you can enjoy from their balcony as you eat or have coffee. Great bedrooms and living area. I highly recommend this place.
