Highly recommended. The place itself is modern, very clean and easy to get to. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable at all times and made me feel at home, not to mention we found complimentary snacks, beverages and a birthday setup with balloons to celebrate my birthday. Will be back!

Clarita was very sweet and super responsive. She accommodated our need for an early check-in and had our favorite drinks stocked in the fridge and snacks available... which was so nice after a long travel day. The house was very clean, easy to find, and comfortable. Having laundry on site was great. The neighborhood is a little further away from downtown than I originally thought, but I wasn't very familiar with DC geography before the trip. This wasn't a problem at all though because Ubers are plentiful in the area and we never waited more than 2 minutes to be picked up. Overall, a nice spot to stay for the weekend hosted by someone genuinely interested in your comfort.

We had a very pleasant stay at Carlita's place although the check in time is very late and check-out time is earlier than a typical Airbnb. There is an additional $50 fee for early check in which is completely unreasonable. We had to wait outside the house for 15 mins and got our code only at 4pm. The host asked for our fav drink and had some snacks when we arrived. She was also responsive throughout our stay.

Carlita was very responsive and super friendly. Her home was beautifully renovated, she had snacks and water for us, and she made me feel like a friend.
