This newly constructed home holds amble opportunity for beach memories. Lite House II can accommodate ten guest with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms have a connecting bathroom. The kitchen, dining, and living room are an open floor plan, allowing families to gather with plenty of space. These rooms also show views to our beautiful beaches, which are less than a minute walk from the home. The pictures do not do this home justice, one stay and Lite House II will be your forever vacation home! *NON-SMOKING UNIT* *NO PETS ALLOWED* **ALL RENTALS ARE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS WHEN BOOKING** CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures.
