One of the rooms is equipped with a queen-size bed, while the second room is furnished with two double beds. Additionally, the villa includes two toilet and bathrooms—one indoor and one outdoor. Both toilets have bidets. Guests can enjoy two bedrooms, the patio, the living room, as well as indoor and outdoor dining areas and kitchens. The outdoor kitchen serves as the dirty kitchen. Only individuals whose names have been officially endorsed will be permitted entry to the property. All guests must furnish valid identification, with passports required for foreign visitors and any government-issued ID for local guests. Access to the property will only be granted to guests who fulfill all requirements. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of P2,000 is required prior check-in. This is fully refundable upon check out provided there are no damages incurred during your stay. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES Check-in time is at 2 pm. Check-out is at 11 am.
