The home is older and only had cosmetic improvements. Stairs in home very steep. Began noticing roaches and other insects in the house. Homeowner stated she had a bug service but never showed up. The oven range was old; when the oven was on the knobs to the stove were very hot. The flame would go out, but the gas would stay on. She did replace the full oven range when we brought up the issue. The dryer was also older and the heating element stopped working. She did replace the dryer when we brought up the issue. The toilets were the originals with the house; very small and very close to the ground and would not flush properly.; there were problems with the septic system. The homeowner would send messages during the day while we were at work wanting to come in the house when we were not there to get things out of the garage. She told us we needed to leave the house due to personal reasons and gave us 5 days notice. Airbnb supported the homeowner over the customer with this notice.
