We LOVED this place. Very clean and lots to do within a 15 minute drive. We originally came to hike, but it rained for part of the day and there was a lot to do in the house to keep us occupied while waiting for the rain to clear. The pool table was awesome and the hot tub was amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need! Beds were comfortable. Very responsive host and minimal “cleaning” required during check out which I really appreciated from an airbnb (just the usual clean you would do in a hotel/condo). Would 100% book here again!
Place was very nice, Abigail was responsive when we needed more trash bags/paper towels. The movie room, fire pit & pool table were nice when we wanted to relax. The drive way is very steep so keep that in mind when coming. Only issues were the hot tub & beds. The bed frames were broken so all beds were uncomfortable except the master bed. The hot tub leaked so we had to keep refilling it which made it cold & took longer to reheat. Other than that the house was nice!
The problem I had staying here was the beds was very uncomfortable two beds was broke when we arrive. The shower water kept getting cold we couldn’t take a comfortable shower.
The place was very nice and is a great spot for large family’s to gather in one location with a spacious feeling. We enjoyed the amenities of the home, the theatre room was my girls favorite place to unwind after our days adventures which included hiking, exploring nearby caves, and other activities in the surrounding area. The only downside was we had to pay a separate fee of $50.00 to verify who we were. It was explained it was to insure the safety of their guest and property. What I didn’t appreciate is when we got to the home my 34 lbs daughter sat on one of the upstairs bed and the frame broken. After looking at the bed the support pcs was not attached. Then there was a dinning room chair broken on the deck. (We have to pay cleaning fees when you rent this stuff should be easy to notice an fix prior to our visit, or at least notify the next renter) Finally, the hot tub wouldn’t hold water. I was told to use the garden hose to fill it up which made the water too cold to use it.
Abigail and the team were easy to communicate with for checking-in and helping with any issues. The house it's self was perfect for a weekend retreat.
