Sid was very polite and professional, though slow to respond at times. There were a number of concerns that came up, some were more minor but some were very concerning. Cleanliness was a very concerning issue- the uncleaned dust, debris and pet hairs triggered asthma and allergic reactions throughout my family. My son's eyes were very itchy and swollen for the two days we were there, with bad skin irritation and itching for all of us. The bunkhouse had a moldy odor and the bunkbed bedding were damp. The beds themselves and the floors were also very dirty.. There were other concerns, but these two issues stood out the most. Sid attempted to have his cleaner come, but even if she could take care of the uncleanliness, she would not be able to get rid of the moldy odor and root cause of it during our stay. The place would be very beautiful otherwise with a great view to enjoy. The host was pleasant and understanding during our communications. I truly wish I could give a higher rating.

We had a wonderful time at Sid’s cottage, location was beautiful and tranquil. The cottage was clean and tidy. We did have some trouble with the wifi but that may be due to location and either way we didn’t miss it much, when you’re amongst friends. She was responsive when we inquired about some things and was quick to help.

Sid was great to work with! We were able to check in a bit early which was huge for us! The place was cozy and perfect for us for the evening!
