Pros: The place is great, well located and clean. The view on the terrace is amazing and the pool is beautiful. The apartment is comfortable it has everything you need and you can rest peacefully. Host was responsive. Cons: The door lock though was not user friendly at all and it had a low battery so it was hard to see the numbers. There was a strong sewage smell during the day which was annoying and a leak under the sink that was a bit disgusting. It would be helpful if there was a trashcan under the sink instead of just a trash bag. If you use the grill upstairs make sure to leave it spotless or pay 500 pesos to the cleaning lady to leave it they way the admin wants. That what we end up doing.

Via Milan condos is close to the Malecon and all services, taxi cost around $5 dollars to get to zona romántica/Malecon. Versalles is a new area, super close to the airport. The unit we got was cozy and got everything we needed during our stay, however some products to maintain clean the apartment would be nice. The pool in the rooftop is amazing and the sunset’s view is breathtaking, only thing is that the jacuzzi never worked (apparently workers were not authorized to turn it on), but other than that very good experience. I definitely will comeback to via Milan condos.
