The view and location are unbeatable. The host is also very responsive. However, both pools were under maintenance and not accessible. Since we were traveling with kids we were very intentional in searching for a rental with a pool. This should have been noted pre-purchase. The room and building are in need of some basic upkeep. Walls are heavily scuffed though out. Appliances took a little work to operate. Hand soap dispenser in bathroom does not work and leaked everywhere. Calk in bathrooms is moldy. Window blinds are broken or bent. Plus additional smaller issues. Worst of all, the neighbor below pounds on the ceiling at the slightest noise. We played cards at 11AM in conversational tones and they pounded ceiling. Called security on us at one point as we’re making dinner. Made the stay very uncomfortable. It was the most affordable unit in the Marina. So perhaps you get what you pay for. We would not stay again.
This place is perfect! Very peaceful with a breathtaking view, it's even nicer than the pictures. Also very accommodating with huge beds and lots of space throughout. The hosts were all great and very responsive to our needs. They checked on us throughout the stay and made us feel very comfortable. My favorite part of this stay is the space it had and the gorgeous view of the water. I will visit this place again in the future. I most definitely recommend it.
