Travel in time and experience Budapest in a newly renovated apartment from the 1900s. Imagine entering a handsome period building from a pedestrian street lined with bistros and boutique cafes. Inside, discover a piece of history that's been fully renovated for modern living while maintaining its majestic original character and wooden framework. Combining with brand new appliances, modern kitchen and bathrooms, high ceilings, parquet floors and shuttered windows. Unwind in the jacuzzi or infrared sauna for an extra touch of deep relaxation. Opera is an amazing inner city neighborhood in Budapest City Centre! Incredibly relaxed place, great facilities including a start of the art new library, awesome bars, cafes & restaurants. As you are in the city centre, all expected things are nearby: ATMs, 24/7 supermarkets, restaurants and cafés. Central city highlights like the Danube promenade, Parliament, or ruin pubs are in easy walking distance, others like the famous spas, royal castle, or Heroes' Square are all in half hour walk radius, or accessible by direct transport if you prefer. The residents of the apartment building are cohesive, clean and orderly, friendly and well-off people. Thanks to continuous renovation efforts and municipal subsidies, the building is in good condition and this is evident when entering the building. This special place is close to everything, so you can easily get the most out of Budapest. The space created by a couple running a designer furniture store will make your stay truly amazing and memorable.

Super Lage, sehr schöne, großzügige und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Räumlichkeiten. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Doppelbetten in 3 Schlafzimmern - perfekt. Jedoch gab es ein paar Defizite und dennoch würden wir dieses Appartment sehr empfehlen. Die Matratzen im Großen Zimmer waren derart schief ins Bettgestell eingebettet, dass eine Person nachts immer auf die Seite des Partners gerollt ist. Wir haben ein Kissen unter die Matratze gesteckt, so konnte jeder auf seiner Seite schlafen. Die Küche ist nicht für 6 Personen ausgestattet: Es fehlte an Weingläsern, gleichgroßenTellern, großem Topf... Gleichzeitiges Duschen in den beiden Bädern geht nicht, einer hat nur das heiße Wasser, der andere muss kalt duschen. Also einfach abstimmen. Um 6:00 Uhr früh begannen die Bauarbeiten am Nachbarhaus. Nicht sehr angenehm. Dennoch top!

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung in zentraler, dennoch (relativ) ruhiger Lage im Ausgehviertel. 3 getrennte Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, die allerdings jeweils nur eine gemeinsame Bettdecke haben. Weitere Gründe, weswegen es von uns nur 4 Sterne für die ansonsten tolle Wohnung gibt: - nur eine Toilette für bis zu 6 Gäste, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche in einem der Schlafzimmer ohne optische Abtrennung - eher minimalistische Küchenausstattung (zunächst nur 4 Teller, auf unsere Bitte hin wurden seitens Hanna umgehend weitere 4 Teller zur Verfügung gestellt, wenig Besteck etc., so dass man die Spülmaschine nicht sinnvoll nutzen konnte) - Spülmaschine mit verschiedenen Mängeln (Abdeckung fehlt, hierdurch zu starke Wirkung der Federn, so dass das Geschirr beim Einräumen wegfliegt / Fach für Spülmittel öffnet nicht) - Abdeckung der Jacuzzi-Wanne fällt trotz schnellen Reparaturversuchs ab - an verschiedenen Ecken kleinere optische Mängel, die nicht zur ansonsten sehr schönen Wohnung passen.
cool place to stay
The stay was amazing but there were some things that were not consistent with the information provided on the booking page. For example, the checkout time was listed as 11 am before the booking and after the booking we found out it was at 10. This was not too big of a deal however and it did not take away from the stay. Great location and good value for the apartment.

Located in one of the best spots in Budapest, this 2-room apartment is situated right next to the Opera House. Our apartment is located in a perfect place, you can reach the most popular sights within few minutes. The chic Andrássy Avenue, the greeny Liberty Square, and the famous Dohány Street Synagogue are just a few minutes' walk away, while Nyugati train station is only a 10-minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops in the area, so there's always an opportunity to taste delicious food and drinks. Nightlife enthusiasts won't be disappointed either, as the ruin pubs and bars on Kazinczy Street are easily accessible from here.
