Its a beautiful bungalow with 2 bedrooms on ground floor, 1 bedroom and another big open room with sofa and sofa-cum bed on the top floor with a terrace and balcony. Uber and Swiggy services are available. The house has all provisions with clean toilets, hot water, good beds and mattresses. Every room has a good seating arrangement. There is a caretaker (Pavan) who can help you with everything and also a lady who can help with cooking, washing utensils, etc. The interiors of the house are also baby friendly with no sharp edges to the furniture. Every nook and cranny of the house is picture-perfect. The garden surrounding is truly delightful with provision for bbq and seating area with fan and light bulb. Lot of mosquitoes, it would have been better if there would have been better to have insect repellent pre-fills. Low water pressure in the common toilet on the top floor.

It’s always good to disconnect and rejuvenate once a while. Nutmeg home was perfect to do just that. We were greeted by Mr. Hari who showed us the property and was very friendly. The house has all the basic amenities as described with a spacious balcony on the first floor to enjoy your tea. It also has 2 entertainment spaces. With a lot of nutmeg and other trees, 3 ponds and a lot of greenery around , it’s a bliss to take your morning walks. The city is around 30 mins drive, and you can take a 10 min walk to get all the basic groceries. Services like Zomato, OLA are available. Jimmy the friendly Pomeranian is fun to be around. The helpers, Mr. Pawan and Mrs. Joyce took care of our day to day needs. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Special thanks to Mr. Gilson for allowing us to stay back beyond our deadline due to flight delays. So if you are in Kochi and looking for a peaceful and quiet place to chill , look no further, this place will give you a feeling of home away from home.

We had a very relaxing stay with our two kids (4 and 6) and our friends. The location is very private and the host staff were very welcoming, helpful and responsive. Meals were provided if we wanted, and the food was a high standard. We were added to a message group prior to our arrival, where the host shared local information and everything we needed to know before check-in. The kids had a great time with the animals and the gardens, whilst the 'grown ups' relaxed on the balcony reading. Overall this place is a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle.

The propery is well spacious. The outer area is not well maintained, it’s without any grass in open area. The ponds need maintainence and don’t match the photos in the listing. There is a dog on the property who seems to be kept tied all the time which doesn’t seem fair. Keeping an animal in chains all the time isn’t a fair thing for pets. Apart from this, the interior of the property is very good, very spacious & well maintained.. Beautiful furniture and a lovely decor. Overall, a good & peaceful place to stay!

Amazing place to stay! Don’t look any further if you are a large family. We had a very blissful time. We were a group of 8 people from various parts of the world who came for work. The place made us be 200% more productive. Our mornings started with meditation & chanting at the gardens of this place! What a great feeling to be with nature! Best part is the food that was made with so much of love ! After a long day of work we were looking forward to go home and sit in the common area to talk with each other. It was late night before we would call it a day… Lot of love & peace. Our best to the host who has taken so much of efforts to bring his dream to reality!
