Our spacious, well equipped, comfy home is situated in the heart of Buda, in a 100 year old building, right under the foot of the Castle and Rose hills, the most exclusive and greenest parts of the city. Here, you will have the opportunity to feel the history and the authentic atmosphere of Budapest. In a calm area, yet very close to the center and to all the attractions, with great transportation, and all the services available in a jiffy, this flat is a perfect choice to discover the city. All of the rooms are fully furnished. In the apartment you will find: - A huge and very well equipped kitchen with everything you need: a blender, an electric citrus juicer, dishwasher, fondue set, kitchen aid, an of course a Nespresso coffee machine, etc... So if you like to cooking or baking as much as we do, you will adore our kitchen! - The huge living room, which shares the space with the kitchen. With three comfy sofas it is a perfect place to relax, spend some quality time or celebrate something special together with friends or family, or to plan the next day of your Budapest adventures. - The main bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and baby bed, with a spacious wardrobe area - The small bedroom with a single bed - Our bathroom is also a big one: equipped with a washing and drying machine, a bathtub and a shower, as well as a bidet, in addition to the usual things. In addition to the bedrooms, we can accommodate 4 people on the living room's comfie convertible couches. So if you can share in only one bathroom, we can host 8 people. :) We love children and pets so you will also find quality baby equipment and children and pet toys. We love sports, so we've also left you some sporting equipment: yoga mat, badminton racquets, fitball, and other kinds of balls, a feather iron, helmets and so on. If you need to work during your time here, we have a quality internet connection and a work space.

I recommend this flat and host very much. Great communication with owner. we received a lot if support, recommendations for our stay in Budapest. Flat is very specious especially for this price. Everything was very clean, amazingly equipped. Neighbors and building seemd very nice and calm. Tram stop is very closed to the flat which made it easy to travel around city.
Great apartment in the middle of the city, close to everything but still calm. Lotti is an excellent host, helpful, communicative and flexible. This will be our go to place in Budapest.

We received great communication at all times during our stay. We also loved the accommodation. We were a group of 3 children and 3 adults and this apartment suited us perfectly- especially with all the baby equipment provided. It was so modern but we also appreciated the traditional feel to the building. We were really, really pleased with the location too. Right near Széll Kálmán transport stop, where we could get buses and trams to many destinations around the city. Definitely recommend 👍🏻

- Only A FEW steps away: grocery store, drugstore, tobacconist, bakery, multiple cafes, a station no 4-6 tramline which runs through the city and operates day and night frequently
- 1-5 minutes away on foot: a nice small park with a playground and futsal field, plenty of restaurants, including at least 4 Hungarian, 4 fast food, 3 Italian, 1 Chinese, 2 Thai, 1 Turkish, 1 Greek, 1 Mexican, and many others. Countless cafes with fantastic brunch offerings, pubs, pastry shop, pharmacy, money exchange, bigger parks (including the famous Margitsziget) with many exciting playgrounds, so if you travel with children or dogs, they will surely love the area.
- In 10 minutes of walk: Many more restaurants, cafes and recreational facilities. The Mammut shopping center, which, in addition to the usual things, is equipped with a wellness gym, a huge boulder center, a rooftop bar and a multiplex cinema. Stations to multiple tram and bus lines, and metro line 2.
- 15 minutes on foot :The Danube bank and Buda Castle with it's wonderful views
With public transit, bike, or car:
10-15 minutes: The city center, the Parliament, the largest synagogue in Europe - the Dohány utca Synagogue, the Szent Stephen's Basilica, many museums and hiking opportunities, numerous spas (Rudas, Gellért, Lukács) and the nightlife district with it's numerous entertainment options, night clubs, restaurants, pubs, cafes, escape rooms. The location of the Sziget Festival can also be easily reached.
This is our favorite part of the city: it is full of beautiful, exciting and useful places, yet you can find yourself in the real city center very easily and quickly.
The flat is at a good spot transport wise also, two major hubs and one of the main train station are just a few minutes, the airport is 30 minutes away.
With the no. 4-6 tramline just a minute away, you will easily be able to reach everything: all the major attractions and the most important transport hubs in a short while.
Bike and roller sharing stations are also right around the corner.
