With a fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, and free parking, we provide all the necessary amenities for your stay; we also have patios on the front & back of the house and an outdoor kitchen! Only 5 miles from town, 6.3 miles from Young County Arena, 22 miles from Rocker B Ranch, and 19 Miles away from Possum Kingdom Lake! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans, platters, seasonings, and utensils you need to make delicious meals during your stay. There is a regular sized fridge and freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot (coffee grounds provided), and huge island! The living room has a couch, 2 recliners, and a rocking chair, a coffee table, and a large Roku TV where you can login to your own streaming services. There is 1 King bedroom with its own bathroom that includes a large walk-in shower, his and her sinks, and a large mirror. Down the hall there are 2 Queen bedrooms and a full size bathroom with a tub shower, a single sink with a larger countertop, and another large mirror. Both bathrooms have towels and wash cloths, Q-Tips, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. There is also a washer and dryer available; through the laundry room you can access the back patio (uncovered) where you can sit and enjoy the sunrises with your coffee! There is a covered patio at the main entrance of the house, and both patios have seating for 6. Outside is the Cantina which has a grill, regular size fridge, counter space, and a table area where you can do some fun outdoor cooking! To the west of the Cantina is the propane fire pit, relaxing seating areas, cornhole, and space to enjoy the outdoors. The main area of the yard is fenced in so you can let your pets have fun without worrying about them roaming the entire 400 acres! Peaceful Pastures is only 5 miles from town, 6.3 miles from Young County Arena, and just 22 miles from Rocker B Ranch! If you want to enjoy a beach day, Possum Kingdom Lake is only 19 miles away, where you can explore beaches, walking trails, fishing guides, restaurants, and more! One of our requests is that you do not bring firearms or fireworks.
