I booked for 4 weeks because I really loved the suburban location close to Victoria Park and the house nestled in the trees, it was even more peaceful and beautiful than I had hoped. This room is better for longer term stays as its slightly bigger with clothes storage, heating and with direct access to the deck you have an additional chill space on sunny days. Brendon is friendly and welcoming and helped me with many practical things that made my stay and time in New Zealand much easier. He is the easy going kind of host that you are happy to share a home with. And the cats, Lola and Ralph were the cherry on the top for me, they made me feel at home from the first day. The location is suburban and you will need transport to get into the city and to restaurants and amenities. I did the 4 weeks using the local bus service and had no problems at all. I loved my stay and would highly recommend booking this airbnb.

I stayed in Brendon’s flat for over a week and it couldn’t have been better. He went above and beyond to recommend places to visit and make me feel at home during my stay. The place is immaculate and kitchen is fully equipped. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Christchurch.

Great stay! Brendon was a great host. The house was easy to find, very clean and the bed was extremely comfy. The two cats Lola and Ralph were super cute too! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely few days staying at Brendon’s place. He was so friendly and welcoming and we really enjoyed spending time in his company. The room was exactly as described with a really comfortable bed. Kitchen and bathroom were perfect. Great value for money and would highly recommend staying with Brendon if you’re in Christchurch.

Es war absolut perfekt. Das Bett ist so gemütlich. Ich habe sogar überlegt das Abendessen ausfallen zu lassen, weil es so schön war im Bett zu liegen. Die Unterkunft ist super sauber & Brandon ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen.
