Camila was an amazing and responsive host. The resort itself was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff was not very friendly but once again our host was easy to communicate with and she made it right. Based off of the photos we thought the waterslides were included but we were informed that was not the case. We were also a little disappointed that the basic kitchen items listed were not in fact there like the oil, salt and pepper. Our unit was also not cleaned while we were there for 3 nights and our coffee was never restocked. The 2 bedroom unit we were in was clean and plenty of space to host our family. We loved the screened in balcony! Also the beds were extremely comfortable. Overall our host was great with the resort being mediocre.

The Westgate Resort property was in the best location, the property itself provided many things to do, it is very clean the well supported by other staff members.. Renting thru the Airbnb service was just another level above renting from the resort.. the check-in process was simple.. Westgate is located inside the triangle between all 3 resorts that people come to Florida... Well done, if I ever travel back to Orlando, this will be my place to stay..
