Welcome to “La Casa del Pirúl” 🌳 an accommodation with countless memories… and a spectacular location. A long time ago it was my grandparents' guest house. They used to received all the special people they love...I think because of them I love to be a host. 😁 Now its doors are open to welcome people from all over the world! You can park your car and do everything by foot without any problem. We are 7 minutes walk from down town. 🙌 🔑The house has two floors. On the first floor is the loft that has a kitchen, dining room, TV room, full bathroom, terrace and two double beds. All in the same area. 🔑On the second floor you will find two bedrooms, the first with a king size bed and the second with two double beds, each with its own bathroom. 🕺Capacity for 10 guests 😁 📺 Smart TV in all rooms 🌬️AC in all rooms 🪞Equipped with dryer and clothes iron 🥩It also has a BBQ area and a nice garden. 🚘Parking for 4 cars. 🐾!We are Dog Friendly, we receive well-behaved dogs without any problem!

Nos encanto la casa, muy acogedora. Tiene muy buena ubicación, a tres cuadras del centro principal. Val estuvo al pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo y nos gusto mucho que tuviera estacionamiento propio para varios autos ya que veníamos de varias partes. Todo súper limpio y no tuvimos ningún problema para llegar. Súper recomendable el hospedaje!!
La casa tiene una ubicación súper buena, literal 3 cuadras del centro y cuenta con estacionamiento súper amplio que nos encanto, solo que si hay que estacionarse de reversa para salir más fácil. Cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios, también tiene un área de asador y jardín. Son dos habitaciones arriba súper bonitas decoradas y abajo es como un loft ya que tiene la cocina, un área de tele y dos camas. La atención de Val es súper buena. Nos dio muchísimas recomendaciones y contestaba muy rápido. Una gran opción para hospedarse, definitivamente si regreso.

It is a quite special neighborhood since it is close to everything but far from the hustle and bustle of the city.
You will feel completely safe walking through the area!
Depending on the direction you take, you will find this local part of small shops, the market, bakeries, pharmacy, and the church of the area.
On the other hand, if you head towards down town which is a 7-minute walk away, you will find designer boutiques, furniture stores, restaurants, bars until you reach the Parroquia church of San Miguel Arcángel.
The area is quite pleasant to walk 😁
You can walk everywhere without a problem, it is a safe and privileged area. ✨
