Just within 10 minutes driving to all amenities (malls, super market, highway, restaurants…). There is a very nice and well loved local market right at our front door, across from the street that sells grocery, hot and cold food. You will have your own private large bedroom in the lower level of the house with a dedicated large washroom and share other areas in the house with our family. My office is in the same area so you will see me sometimes getting down there working but other than that, the whole space is yours. The room: Your private room has a window and is fully equipped with a queen bed with fresh clean bedding, 2 closets with hangers, a smart TV(Netflix), WIFI, a fridge, working table, full size mirror, bedside table. We will also provide water bottles, coffee maker, Toaster, coffee and tea, sugar, some candies, bowls, plates, utensils, cups, bath towels and face towels, shampoo and body wash, toilet paper and paper towel. We have a few chairs around the area you can grab some to use when working on your working desk. This room has digital lock and key lock for your privacy and comfort, you will receive this key upon arrival. Your room has central air and heat.
