A sunroom is located off the kitchen on the West side of the deck, providing plenty of space for relaxation and enjoying the view in a warm, bright, enclosed setting. The primary bedroom is complete with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen and full-sized beds with a fully remodeled bathroom located just across the hallway. Heading downstairs, you'll find a spacious family room with a sliding glass door that leads to the backyard. An infrared sauna is located in the family room, perfect for a post-hike or ski-session sauna session. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
