At Ma Maison Acropolis Villa you will discover Athens at its best. A fully renovated mansion built in 1998. This is a 3660 ft² 4 story mansion with indoor heated pool and elevator. It has 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private parking and views of Acropolis, Lycabettus and Technopolis. The main archaeological sites will literally be on your feet. The villa is just beautiful : a lot of space, very well furnished and decorated. You have everything you need and you feel at home ! The pool at the ground level is amazing and you will appreciate it after a busy day visiting Athens. Yannis and Rena are very nice, responsive, flexible. They take care of their hosts. We enjoyed a lot our stay at MaMaison!

We stayed at Yannis’ house for two nights. He was very welcoming and reactive to any questions we had. The house is located in a calm neighborhood, recently renovated, very clean and well equipped, spacious and bright. If you are looking for a welcoming place to stay with family or friends, a bit away from hectics neighborhoods but still close from center and acropolis, we strongly recommend it.
What a spectacular place. Right in the heart of Athens yet secluded and quiet. The heated pool is magnificent, and all the spaces are enormous and unique. The amenities cover every need, and the most important feature is that it is sparkling clean. Thank you, Yannis & Rena. I will be back shortly:))

You can come very easily from the airport through Metro network (10€ fare). Thera is also a direct link through the Metro network from the port of Piraeus.
If you decide to take a taxi you will need 30 minutes from/to the airport and 15 minutes from/to the port of Piraeus.
If you move with public transportation, then the Metro is at 200 meters. The map of the Metro network is available and covers the entire city.
If you have a car then the National Highway is 3 kilometers away which offers easy access everywhere.

Our company Ma Maison Y&R owns seven luxury apartments in Athens. We are Yannis and Rena, "fellow travelers" for the last twenty years. In 2016 we decided to do something that we love very much, through Airbnb. The Greek word "ΦΙΛΟΞΕΝΙΑ=hospitality" is of a particular importance in the Greek culture. It’s a compound word from "ΦΙΛΩ=LOVE" and "ΞΕΝΟΣ=GUEST " and refers to the act of nestling and caring of a guest by the host. It was an institution for the ancient Greeks to welcome and take care of the guests at their home. They believed particularly in the idea of hospitality and regarded it as a moral duty and a sacred rule of the gods (Xenios Zeus was the protector of the guests). They offered them bath and sleep and they greeted them with gifts. The host and the guest were linked with friendly ties, which where inherited to their descendants. This is our inheritance. It will be an honor to host you.
