Perfect for a comfortable family stay the Bach offers generously sized, multiple relaxation spaces/rooms regardless of the weather. TVs, toys and games are available for when you aren't out exploring the coast. The property is fully fenced in, with an outdoor area for both grass for cricket/soccer and concrete for that all important summer escape chalk art. All this and it’s only a 400 metre walk around the corner to the beach. You don’t need to squeeze in - there is space for all. This is the unicorn of group accommodation. The whole property has been designed to allow large groups the chance to hang out together while permitting everyone their own space to do their own thing. An open plan kitchen/lounge is the centre of the house with a bar table acting as additional prep or gathering seating. A pull out couch bed caters for the extras, air con, tv and its first in first served to the two lazy boy style chairs. At then hub of the house is a designated family eating area - a large dining table seats 10 depending on how many you fit along the bench seating. The master bedroom is generous in size with a super king, its own en-suite with a double headed shower, walk in wardrobe areas and its own little patio garden. It has its own to, a ceiling fan and is perfect to find some time for yourself. The second bedroom is also generously sized with Californian style built in storage and its own en-suite. Close to the action but still spacious and private. A bunkroom that can double up as a separate office space (with a built in desk space and ergonomic chair) potentially sleeps 4 - a bunk with a truckle bed underneath and the Nook for those willing to climb the wall and tuck themselves away in this little wall cave. This room is where we keep the games, toys and books for wet weather entertainment. Or if you really need to work or have some quiet time, lock yourself in here for a bit and boot everyone else out. Opposite the bunkroom/office is a bathroom that can be freely accessed by everyone without an en-suite. A small laundry room containing a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies for your use, if you really want to find the time. To the rear a multipurpose entertainment area makes up the big lounge. A separate and large space that can be closed off from the rest if the house offers some airline chairs, a fridge/freezer so you don’t have to bother going to the kitchen and a 72 inch TV. When the weather isn’t co-operating wheel in the BBQ because it can be used indoors too, right next to a sink and prep area so that you don’t need to miss out at all while you BBQ. A great space for movie nights or cast your sky subscription up and watch to your hearts content. Just next door the Bunkhouse sleeps 5 with a bunk bed, truckle bed underneath and two singles. Ideal for older kids and above, it’s spacious to chill out in and has its own little sink. Secure your boat and trailer inside or use the sealed concrete pad for chalk drawings or some ball action. A grass area enclosed beside it allows for cricket or football and two large tables are under shelter if you want to eat outside. Unless of course you are using the smoker for all the fish you caught or the fish bench to fillet the catch of the day…..
