Wir haben ein Haus in der Nähe des Flughafens direkt am Meer fuer unseren Familienurlaub gesucht und in Phaedras Haus exakt das gefunden. Mit dem Taxi sind es knapp 20 min. So fängt der Urlaub direkt nach der Landung an. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Handtücher en mass, Bettwäsche, Basics in der Küche, etc., war alles da. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Strände gibt es ausreichend in der Nähe. Auch bei hohen Wellen und viel Wind findet sich eine Bucht zum schwimmen. Strandbar ist in der Nähe sowie eine Handvoll Restaurants, Bäckerei, Lebensmittel, Fleischerei, Obstladen, Fischladen. Alles in "Laufweite" und ohne Auto machbar. Man macht Urlaub in einem Vorort von Athen. Touristen sind dort Mangelware. Phaedra war sehr nett. Bei Fragen immer schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wer schnell mal an einen schönen Fleck gelangen möchte ist dort richtig. Meer, Sonne, Aussicht! Eine klare Empfehlung unsererseits!

We loved this house! The home was beautiful, it was perfect for our family of 5. Each of our teenage children were able to have their own room and spread out and there is easily room for several more if you have a larger party. Faidra and her husband greeted us upon arrival at the property. They patiently explained the features of the home and the surrounding area and they were available anytime we needed assistance during our stay. We also got to meet their son on the day of check-out, they were a lovely family! During our stay their lemon and fig trees had fruit and we got to feed the turtles that live on the property. The best part is probably the location. The home was right along the beach with a 30 second walk to the water. There are public beaches up and down the coastline so a 3-5 minute walk takes you to a whole new beach option! It was very quiet and peaceful. This is not a touristy area, when there were other people on the beach it was primarily locals. The house is 10-15 minutes from the airport and 45 min from downtown Athens which is exactly what we were looking for, we wanted to be further away from the busy city yet it was easy to get into town. It was helpful to have a rental car which also made it possible to easily visit remote archaeological sites such as Corinth, Delphi, Sounion, Vravrona and Marathon. When we travel back to Greece we will stay here again!

Phaedra’s place is just wonderful. It is located at right near the sea coast. It can’t be closer. You can hear the sound of the sea 24h a day. Garden is beautiful with fig, lemon, grape and pistacio trees. Tortoises running around. Houses is spacious and more then enough for our family of 5. We visited many places and stayed in many houses. This were our best holidays ever.
