Once through the gates, there's plenty of parking for several vehicles and a wonderful garden for you to explore. You’ll enjoy full & exclusive access to the entire house, gardens, swimming pool & the open air outdoor barn (a lovely additional space for dining & games). The covered porch area (at the front of the house looking out onto the garden) gives a welcome break from the french sunshine and features two cooling ceiling fans. With an outdoor sofa to relax upon & large 8 seater table and chairs, there's plenty of space for everyone to come together and enjoy some alfresco dining. Dotted around the garden you’ll find plenty of seating areas, a brick built barbecue and lots of trees & seasonal shrubs. Why not find a shady spot in the natural surroundings to relax & drift away and if you’re enjoying the warmth of the sun, you can cool down afterwards in our brand new swimming pool. Plenty of storage for all your holiday essentials & large wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 (downstairs off the hallway & next to the living room) - Kingsize bed, memory foam mattress and 400 thread count Egyptian cotton bed linen. A vanity wash basin is a useful feature in the room, whilst access to the family bathroom is just across the hallway. Complete with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 3 (located in 1st floor attic space & next to the Snug) - A good sized room, can sleep 3 with one double & one single bed. 100% cotton bedlinen. Plenty of standing height in the centre of the room, sloping towards the eaves with some restricted headroom in places. A perfect bedroom for children & younger guests. Bedroom 4 (located in 1st floor attic space & next to the Snug) - Double bed with 100% cotton linen, good standing height in the room, sloping ceiling with some restricted headroom. Wardrobe area and chest of drawers. The Snug - Tucked away at the top of the wooden staircase & nestled between the two attic bedrooms (3 & 4). This flexible space can also sleep two. Featuring a brand new double sofa bed, it’s a great area for older children to play & chill out, complete with Smart TV, X-box One and Wii console. Upon entering the Snug, there is a glazed door which can be closed, to make the area completely private. The 2 full sized bathrooms (one en-suite) are both located downstairs on the ground floor, practically positioned for ease & accessibility. One features a double shower (the en-suite bathroom) and the second bathroom (located off the hallway) enjoys a large bath & shower, the washing machine for guest use and storage room cupboard. Usefully, there is a further toilet & wash basin on the first floor. The Farmhouse is the perfect base to appreciate all that this wonderful region of France has to offer.
