This beautiful property is located a short 10min drive to Dunedin Central, the Octagon, and Forsyth Barr Stadium. You will find St Clair and St Kilda beaches 7min away. Location: Located in a quiet neighbourhood and away from the hustle and bustle, you will be conveniently placed to get around Dunedin with ease. During your stay you can immerse yourself in the nightlife of Dunedin, local eateries, explore the beautiful coastline, and spend time at the local beaches that are known for being the perfect surfing spots. Property Details: This elegantly poised home features two outdoor entertaining areas that flow off the internal living space. Just off the kitchen, there is a private decked area which is the perfect space for relaxing and taking in the views. Flowing off the main living area, is a large decked entertaining space with expansive views over the harbour, Dunedin City, and superior sunset views. This home features four generous sized bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms, including the master bedroom and ensuite can be found on the lower floor and the other two bedrooms can be found on the upper floor. On the upper floor you will also find the bespoke designed kitchen, living and entertaining areas, and access to the two private outdoor entertaining areas. Kaitlyn place is very spacious newly and clean. She’s very responsive and helpful. House is over look Dunedin town on the peaceful area. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dunedin town. Definitely worth to stay.

We had a lovely time staying at this beautiful accomodation overlooking the water in Dunedin. I would say one of the best spots if you like to have great views in a quiete area. The sun set scene is stunning The accomodation offers a lot of rooms and has all amenities needed. We especially loved the outdoor whirlpool! We come back again, thank you!
