marina and brian's place was very clean, true to the picture, spacious and homey. everything is close by, there is a supermarket and restaurant just outside the property. the area is safe and easy to remember. furniture's were still new. the bed was really comfortable. the washroom was clean. it was really a comfortable stay for us , we felt really at home. thank you marina for taking care of us during our stay and replying promptly whenever we have request or quieries. we will definetly book with you whenever we will visit tbilisi.
Очень хорошая квартира, расположена недалеко от метро и старого города. Все фото соответствуют действительности. Очень чистый и удобный душ. В квартире есть все для комфортного пребывания. Завтраки и ужины готовили сами, на обед ходили в разные ресторанчики, расположенные в старом городе. Ужин на балкончике с бокалом вина и видом на горы, это то что нужно было нам для релакса. Внизу в дворике под окнами есть кафе, но шума мы не слышали. Во дворе есть супермаркет с адекватными ценами. Очень приятные охранники, встретили нас как старых знакомых. По всем вопросам, что возникали держали связь с хозяевами, обратная связь была 24/7. Нам все понравилось, был небольшое «сюрприз», но его быстро хозяева решили, а мы его теперь вспоминаем с юмором:)) Мы очень благодарны за гостеприимство и надеемся, еще раз приехать в гости!
Birkaç soruna rağmen keyifli bir konaklamaydı. Evde gayet güzel vakit geçirdik ve tam olarak resimdeki gibiydi. Ev sahibi her zaman sorularımızı hızlı bir şekilde yanıtladı ve çok tatlıydı. Düşünmeden konaklamak için burayı tercih edebilirsiniz ✨

Marina's place is located in a brand new (parts of it are still being built) building which is conveniently located in a walking distance from the old town of Tbilisi, and there's shops nearby as well. The flat is marvelous (not so surprisingly everything is brand new): wonderful decoration, from board games to a bottle of wine and nibbles for guests to a selection of soaps and shower gels, the hospitality far exceeds the average 5* airbn standards. We truly felt at home, helped by Marina's and Brian's quick responsiveness and keeness to help. All in all the flat is a real gem which provides a superb base for discovering Tbilisi and the surrounding areas!
