Welcome to this elegant and backing fully onto Fish Creek Provincial Park, this MASSIVE, new renovation , walkout basement! Just imagine being able to open your gate and step into a natural paradise most people must drive to. Backing fully to Fish Creek Provincial Park. 3 big size bedrooms have queen size bed for each. One of them has a projector that you can enjoy using. Two 4 pieces full bathrooms. Individual furnace with separate thermostat. No A/C fans are provided, the temperature is not high in summer in the basement. Netflix included.

I had an amazing time At Jason and Rinnie’s place. They were very welcoming and even let me come in early as my flight landed prior to my check in time. They are great hosts! They are very responsive and very respectable. They even had a little convo with me outside. They are very nice and welcoming people! I’d love to stay at this house again when I’m back up I had a blast and the accommodation and stay was awesome definitely a 10/5 Stars!
Very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Very safe high end and mature neighborhood. Well worth the money. The hosts have taken care of every detail. Location is excellent. Will book again when in Calgary.

Great value. Super quiet, access to amazing Fish Creek Park, nearby Ctrain, groceries. Loved the layout with private space with one bedroom and bath away from the others, perfect for family. Fully stocked kitchen and loved the games!
Wonderful walk out basement suite with lots of space and lovely light pouring in. Great place for a family and would stay again!
