The house itself has great potential. When booking, I initially booked it for 12 guests, but more guests came aboard at the last minute as it was a family vacation. This might be ignorant of me to believe. Still, since in the past, I never had issues with any bookings of bringing additional guests aside from what I initially booked it for, I did not see there to be a problem since on the page it said that they can accommodate 16+ guest. Once upon arrival, I received a message from the host confirming the guest quantity, which I had no problem with, and provided them with the information. After that, I was charged extra for the additional guests. I was unaware I was paying per person as I was under the impression that this was booked PER NIGHT the location was very sketchy, and we were even considering getting a hotel, but since we had already paid, we decided to stay. The pool had missing tiles in it and while the children from my family were swimming, their feet got several cuts

Great place, big house each room as a bathroom plus 2 more outside, pool is amazing. Communication was great i texted him 20 mins before arrival and he was waiting for me at the house that's always a plus. i would really recommend this for a large group.
