We reserve the right to set exceptional conditions regarding prices, minimum duration and occupancy for the top dates such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, biggest fairs etc. These can differ from the standard conditions and will be communicated on request. Please inform your group accordingly. The number of guests stated at the time of booking - is the information confirmed by you and used by us for the calculation.
