On the Big Eau Pleine with a private dock, 250ft flat sandy beach, at the end of a paved road with the boat landing 1 mile away. The main level has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, breakfast nook, 2 bedrooms with water views and a bathroom. The deck overlooks the backyard and water, perfect for savoring tranquil views. The walk out lower level has 2 bedrooms also with water views, a bathroom and a large retro fun zone ready to go. Mix drinks at the bar, challenge friends to shuffleboard showdowns, dive into a movie on the large TV, aim for bullseyes with darts, and let the good times roll with classic board games. Plus, groove to your favorite tunes with our Bluetooth sound system. Outdoor entertainment awaits with an array of activities included. From paddle boarding on the serene waters to friendly rounds of croquet or bag toss, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
