Family friendly home two blocks to the beach and a few short blocks to famous Main Street Seal Beach. Known for home spun coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and unique one-of-a-kind beach boutiques. Seal Beach Pier is just a few blocks away, a perfect place to watch surfers., hear live music or walk your dog. Centrally located between San Diego and LA. Downtown Long Beach is a 20 minute drive. Huntington Beach is a 10 minute drive. No 3rd party bookings. 30 DAY MINIMUM. Large and light only two blocks away from beautiful family friendly Seal Beach. Our Seal Beach Retreat has three bedrooms, and two and a half baths set on 2 floors. Outside is fully enclosed with a front and back patio and BBQ. The kitchen /family area is an open floor plan making cooking, entertaining and watching the kids convenient and comfortable. It also has a large flat screen which can be seen from the kitchen. There is an allotted parking space in the back by the garage which is welcome in this beach community during summer months. The second floor has three large bedrooms, two with queen beds, the master bedroom has a king size bed and attached master bathroom with a small outdoor patio. Two bedrooms are outfitted with work station desks and chairs. The master bedroom has a large flat screen. The downstairs living room area has a large 65" flat screen. The children's play room has LOTS of toys, dinning area for the kids and cabinets full of games for children ages 2-11 years old.

Only a few minutes drive to Huntington Beach and downtown Long Beach. Hours drive to downtown Los Angeles. 45 minutes drive to Orange Co. Ninety minute drive to San Diego.

I am an artist/writer who has lived in the beautiful Belmont Shore, Long Beach area for over 20 years with my husband and three dachshunds. We are originally from the East coast. My husband is an avid surfer who enjoys jumping in the car any chance he gets to catch the latest swell just 15 minutes south. He also enjoys golfing at any of the many golf courses just minutes away when he is feeling particularly good about his game. Two properties, 'Cottage de La Peninsule' and 'Cozy Ocean Retreat' are centrally located in Long Beach, California, beautiful Belmont Shore. Both properties are walking distance to the ocean, bay, five star restaurants and upscale shopping we think our guests will fall in love with, not only with the area but also with 'Cottage de La Peninsule' and 'Cozy Ocean Retreat' of Belmont Shore. Recently a new magical property has been added to our vacation dream properties. 'Wilmington Island Retreat' on Wilmington Island, Savannah Georgia. We welcome pup visitors along with their humans! This property is customized for our pup travelers! 'Wilmington Island Retreat,' is just 20 minutes to Historic Downtown Savannah, GA and 10 minutes to beautiful Tybee Island, yet set in a quiet nature area off Betz Creek marsh.
