Room available in quiet estate in North Rockhampton. Centrally located - 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and park/playground, and 12-15 minute drive to the hospitals, CQUniversity, major shopping centres, Showgrounds and Airport. Private access to a bedroom with queen bed, living area and bathroom. The living area has a double sofa bed. Shared access to all other areas of house including kitchen, undercover parking/garage, laundry and outside patio area. You will have your own space and privacy at one end of the house. Your room has a queen bed, free wardrobe space, and direct access to the outside patio. You will also have access to your own private bathroom and living/lounge area. Living area includes a sofa/sofa bed, range of games, books and Smart TV with free-to-air and netflix access. I have a spare table that can be set up in there if you need a desk/working space, and the sofa can convert to a double bed if required. The rest of the house is shared with myself. You are welcome to park your car in the undercover lock up garage, and use all laundry/kitchen/dining facilities.
