Holiday rental villa very close to the sea, both to the sandy beach in the "Scianuli" area and to the rocky coast with Torre Squillace lido. The house has a large outdoor space with a large brick section and various flowerbeds, entirely fenced with high perimeter walls, therefore convenient if you have children and/or animals in tow. In the courtyard we notice the staircase leading to the terrace overlooking the sea, a practical outdoor shower, the sink and a table with chairs and umbrella.
