We were only staying over for the night and wish we had longer to enjoy in this nice home. It was spacious and clean. The only suggestion we would have is to leave a couple of normal coffee with the nice coffee he has there. It is in a neighborhood with this being the corner lot, which made it nice. It's a very quiet neighborhood which we appreciatiated, we were so tired when we arrived. Jay was quick to answer with every question we had. I had read a previous review that it was odd there was no curtains so I had extra towels to put up on the windows. I can report to future renters that it has wonderful blinds on each window. I would love to have them in my home. So that issue has been taken care of. This was our first time using an Airbnb and it sold me on them. We travel with my 99 year old mother and it was very easy for her to get around. Thanks for the relaxing home.

Jay’s place is exactly what’s stated and more. We celebrated our daughter 21st birthday and there was plenty of space for a party of seven. Jays instructions were clear, no problem with entering. The house was extremely clean. New window treatment throughout the house. We spent plenty of time outside by the pool. Very nice place, will definitely book one of Jays properties. I want to thank you Jay for tending to my family on your birthday! Kudos to you! Great host.

Everything was a described. We had a hard time with the lock combination. AC was out but he had it fixed as quickly as he could. We checked out the same day it was repaired so it didn't help us but you can't anticipate some issues. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Nice neighborhood with easy access to Vegas Strip and Airport. Great price for the amount of space/beds/baths, and private pool is a bonus! Very responsive host.
