I had a great time at the cottage. Charles and Liz provided detailed instructions and local recommendations that we valued. Checking-into the cottage was easy and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. The cottage sits in a great location by John’s Pass. You can go out and explore or stay close to the cottage and enjoy the beach just a minutes walk away. WiFi quit working, but Charles and Liz were quick to offer someone to come and assist in fixing the issue. Only complaint was that the one bed had a comforter and the other only had a couple thin sheets, would like the bed set-up to be more comfortable in the future. Overall, very pleased.
Place was super clean. The hosts were very responsive if we needed anything. Great location, right in the beach. We will be back!

Great location! Just a 2 minute but beautiful walk to the beach! Our section of the beach was not that crowded for May. We saw manatees every morning, a spotted sting ray and dolphins. Beach House is walking distance to Crabbys on the waterway, Sloppy Joes, and Shake Shack. Large family room for socializing, both bed rooms were tight and only 1 mirror in the king room so getting ready, make up, doing hair was difficult having only the 1 bathroom to share. Not complaining though because the price was unbeatable! Outside shower made rinsing off after the beach easy! House had 2 beach chairs and beach towels available! Honestly, Perfect location! I hope we get to come back soon!!
The proximity of the beach is great--it's about one short and safe block to the beach access boardwalk, and the beach is gorgeous. The house feels nice: pleasant and homey inside, especially in the living/dining space. The bedrooms are compact, with comfortable beds. As others have mentioned, the hosts will provide what is listed, but you should plan to bring every ingredient you need for the kitchen including salt, oil, etc.

When we travel we look for clean, updated, convenient location, and a trusted owner/manager with experience. So we strive to provide that for our guests. We love to go to the Caribbean and experience the variety of tropical culture in the different regions. Our favorite activities are sailing, snorkeling, kiteboarding, boating, biking and relaxing on the beach. It's always a treat to find live music at a beach bar and meet other travelers. All of these activities that we enjoy can be found in the nearby quaint beach towns where our rental are located. Most of our guest return year after year and love the ease of iTrip booking process, now integrated with Airbnb!
