First Catch Lake House was the perfect location for our family to view the April 8 total eclipse! The lake is beautiful and so peaceful. A hidden gem, for sure! The home was comfortable, but we spent most of our time by the water and firepit, and in the game garage. Our family had a blast throwing darts, playing cornhole and ping pong. The only issue we had was due to the housekeeper erroneously locking the door handle (as opposed to code-controlled deadbolt only) so we were not able to enter the house with a little help, but a quick phone call to Pat and the situation was resolved immediately. Zero complaints about this property and we’d love to return when our schedule allows.

This Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! We had the best weekend just staying put! Town is close enough if you need something it’s no problem getting it, but just far enough away you feel like you get the break away you desire! This cabin offers so much! Be sure and bring your fishing poles we caught lots of very nice catfish! Everyone had a blast! Topped off the evening by the fire! Perfect stay! We will definitely be back! The cabin itself was very clean and tidy! Super comfy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

very peaceful and away from the noise of the city. great place to relax and recharge! fishing and plenty of space to enjoy the lake view with family or friends! will be back for sure. plenty of space and things to do for everyone in your party. hosts were very responsive and helped anytime we had a question. house is spacious and welcoming. game barn is great for kids and adults.
