Très bon séjour, maison de ville super agréable avec sa grande terrasse. Bien située, plage à 7 mins en voiture (environ 30 mins à pieds). Bonne communication avec Mouna et flexibilité pour l’arrivée, merci !

We had a wonderful week in Mouna's house! The house has been beautifully decorated with such love and care and artistic flair that we found it really calm and happy to spend time in, despite the intense heatwave. (Not surprisingly, we had to have the air-conditioning on a lot.) The kitchen is really well-equipped with everything - there were even lots of herbs and spices, and oil, and Tupperware tubs! It was a great kitchen to cook in. The terrace was amazing and we spent a lot of time on it, whether sunbathing during the day or eating at night. The location of the house is perfect: it's quiet and pretty, and just round the corner is the lovely village where there are fruit and veg shops, a wonderful bakery, a bookshop, a well-stocked Carrefour small supermarket. 25 minutes walk away is La Plage which has a mix of bars, restaurants, a watersports facility, and gift shops. We liked the family-feel of the beach; it was great for our teenagers. All round it was an ideal place to stay and we would definitely recommend it. The only aspect I'm not sure about is the 90 Euros deposit, which gave me the option to clean the house ourselves at the end of the week and have the deposit returned. We did clean the house, but it took a lot of effort. I think I'd rather pay the money upfront and get someone else to clean it next time!

Die Wohnung liegt gut und ist hübsch. Abgesehen davon waren wir in mancher Hinsicht enttäuscht. Das WIFI war während des ganzen Aufenthalts defekt. Es gab keinerlei Entschädigung dafür. Es gab ein Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC und ein exra WC mit Waschbecken. In der Beschreibung stand aber ein Badezimmer und ein Duschbad. Es hat also eine zweite Dusche/ eine Badewanne gefehlt. Die Reinigung hat extra 90 EUR gekostet. Das war im Inserat nicht aufgeführt. Die Klimageräte waren nicht leistungsfähig genug, um die Wohnung an einem sehr heißen Tag auf eine angenehme Temperatur zu bringen.

We have had a wonderful week staying in Argeles Sur Mer, we have enjoyed the quaintness of the property, the foliage lined streets and the proximity to the beach. The roof terrace has served as an excellent location to enjoy the morning sun and also to eat at the table under the canopy of ripening grapes. To feel the sense history in this property and the surrounding streets and to be able to gaze beyond the labyrinthine roads towards the mountains is what drew us to this property in the first place and will no doubt draw us back again. We loved the ease with which we were able to slip into living in Argeles and the fact that although only a mere 7 minute journey away by bike, the beaches with their tourists and crowds seem a world away from the village. We enjoyed the beach almost daily, but it was wonderful to leave the crowds behind and return to the peaceful tranquility of the house. The house itself catered for everything we could need and more and it would be fair to say that this has been one of the best AirBNB properties we have stayed in.
