This condo is located right on the beach, where the water temperatures are warm enough to swim and play May through October. Every unit in the Villa Capriani offers a view of the ocean. Splash by the Sea restaurant is located on site and offers delicious lunch, dinner and a full bar. The Villa is within walking distance of the Sea View fishing pier & restaurant for more close by dining options. North Topsail Beach has breathtaking beaches, and you are sure to find treasure on the beach or in the quaint shops on Topsail Island.

Parking is free and you must place the parking pass in your vehicle. There are only two parking passes, therefore only room for two vehicles per unit.
