My family enjoyed the property. The home was spacious and very comfortable. I enjoyed the hammocks under the trees and sitting on the back porch. My grandson enjoyed feeding the donkey and horses. The home is well worth the price and is exactly as shown in the profile. We are definitely going to stay there again! Also, Tracey is a wonderful host. She is attentive and checks in to ensure your stay is going as planned.

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening in Maurice. The home was spacious, clean, and peaceful. Tracey thought of everything we could possibly need…and then some. (We will be sure to book again once our new grand baby arrives, knowing the home is equipped with several baby essentials). I knew that the location was a little off the beaten path, but having grown up in the area, I also knew it was a safe place to stay. An added bonus, is that it’s located near several of our Louisiana relatives (as well as many tried and true restaurants in Abbeville). This made it much more convenient to visit family than if we had stayed in a hotel in Lafayette. The cherry on top, which was somewhat of a surprise, was that there were horses and a donkey at the back of the property that we were able to feed! Unfortunately it was bit muddy, and we left behind a pair of dirty shoes on the back patio, but Tracey graciously agreed to mail them back to us. Looking forward to our next stay!
