I never leave a comment but this one deserves my feedback. I really love this place & would book this place again once I go back to the country. Maurice (host) is very helpful, thoughtful & very responsive. She’s sooo kind and very humble. The place has everything you need. I regret not booking this place from my first day in the country because I had to jump places to places but staying here for 10 days is very worth our money. Very affordable & very homey place. Thank you, Maurice for all the help you have done just for us to be more comfortable. You made our stay in the Philippines very unforgettable because of this place that we felt like our home.🙏🏻 I will definitely recommend this to my family & friends.
I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the amazing experience my mom and I had at Maurice’s Airbnb. From the get-go, her attention to detail and proactive care made our stay unforgettable. Her quick responses and thoughtful gestures, like providing the broom we needed and those pool free tickets, made all the difference. The cleanliness and cozy vibes of the place exceeded our expectations, and my mom was absolutely impressed! Moreover, the amenities provided, including the jug of water, were a pleasant surprise and a testament to your consideration for your guests' needs. Most airbnb that we’ve stayed does not even bother with that kind of thing, so it was really appreciated. Thanks for going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The owner is very accommodating, she made sure that everything is ok and I was comfortable in the unit. She also help me get back my ID, when I forgot to claim it on the day of my check out, she find a way to send my ID here in Davao city.
The host very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was good as it was close to shops and restaurants yet still quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable, the living room was cozy, and kitchen was functional. We really had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back here again.

Whether you're here to indulge in shopping excursions, attend conventions, have a rest after a long flight, or just simply unwind in different cultural spots and theme parks, our neighborhood serves as the perfect home base for your staycation adventure.
Transportation is very accessible in the area, from jeepneys to tricycles, buses, and taxis. You can reach our unit/condo very easily as well as going around the city.
If you will take your car in going here, please note that we don't have free parking. Please see the Parking sign photo on the premises for parking rate details. I'd be happy to give you tips on how you can save on parking upon booking.
