This apartment is comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom well equipped. (Towels, shampoo and soap, tissues, TP, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, ice). I am tall (5’10”), so I kept bumping my head on the slanted ceiling, but a shorter person wouldn’t have this problem. The bedroom is large, and the living room sofa comfy. There’s a TV, but we didn’t watch it more than 20 minutes in 2 days. There’s a kitchen table with three chairs, a microwave, a stove and oven, and a large refrigerator. Plenty of closet space in the bedroom and off the living room and hooks in the hallway. We very much enjoyed talking to Rich and meeting his family, a daughter and small, young, energetic dog. We also enjoyed watching the birds at the feeders and the large open space around the house. We wished we were closer to Cooperstown, but the rural nature of the property offered a peaceful stay.
