The place was clean except behind the sink in the kitchen and the pot cabinet smelled like bug spray so I just washed the dishes. Chad did try but never could get the internet to work. We had 2 couples with us and our original reservation switched from #19 to #5 in the trailer park mid way communicating with Dustie so they had to share a bunk on bottom because we are to old to climb on top bunk. The bed room in the back is very loud because of the AC. vent and the matters on the bed needs to be replaced it’s beyond terrible plus need a fitted sheet. I ended up sleeping on couch. It was very inexpensive and you pay for what you get. My take away is if you just put new comfortable mattress on all of the beds it would have been fine but when you work 12 hours a day then can’t sleep it ruins everything. This review is for the owner not to bash anyone to help improve the Airbnb. Thank you
