In a few minutes from the house you can reach the main beaches of Amalfi, the closest is Marina Grande with restaurants, bars, 4 bathing establishments equipped with sun beds and umbrellas and a free area.
5 mins walk away is the central Piazza Duomo, with the cathedral and the ancient Cloister Paradiso. In this area you will find all the main commercial activities with bars and restaurants and, continuing the walk towards the mountain, you can reach in a few minutes the 'Valle delle Ferriere' Natural Reserve. Adjacent to the Piazza Duomo is Piazza dei Dogi, very small and characteristic, this square houses a supermarket, a pharmacy, a greengrocer, an emporium and various restaurants with outdoor tables, serving local dishes and fish. Walking from the center towards the port you reach the seafront, where you will find the ticket offices for the ferries and the central bus station for all directions. In the port area there are two excellent restaurants with terraces literally located on the water.

The center of Amalfi is located at 5 mins walk from the apartment, and the bus stop to the main town of the Amalfi coast is just below the house,
From the mid pier of Amalfi it is possible to take the ferries to Positano, Sorrento and the islands of Capri and Ischia, it is also possible to embark to the Emerald Grotto and other beaches along the coast.
You can rent a boat privately to relax and enjoy a relaxing boat trip with your family or friends, please ask for more info upon booking the apartment.
Adjacent to the pier is the bus terminal, where it is possible to take trips to Positano-Sorrento, Ravello, Salerno-Minori-Maiori, Naples.
It is possible to organize transfers to/from Naples airport with our driver on request for a fee.
For those arriving by car: it is possible to reach the apartment directly by car to unload your luggage, after which the car will be collected from one of the garages in Amalfi that offer parking service at a cost of 35 euros per day.
