King single bed and fold-out sofa bed in bedroom 2. - Open plan living with indoor / outdoor flow to deck - Secure family friendly front garden - Well stocked kitchen - Activity cupboard (board games in here for the kids and adults). - Outdoor activity shed - boogie boards (x4), beach sand toys - Kayak (and wheels to make it easy to take down to the harbour) - Onsite parking space - Free WiFi Please note that the second bed in the 2nd bedroom is a fold out sofa bed.

Really great stay. Easy to find, clean and tidy and clutter free. Pleasant surprise with all the games and toys hidden though all the cupboards, and pristine glassware and tableware made for a really high end feel. Was a little chilly without a heat pump but ample heaters throughout house so once we got them going it was plenty cosy. Would stay again!
Hubby loved staying at Claire's place while away on a work trip. Had all the necessities for an overnight stay! :)
I stayed at Claire’s with my husband and 2 girls (8 & 10) space was super comfortable and perfect for us. Bathroom and kitchen were well equipped. Plenty of extra bedding and blankets. The instructions were very clear and the house is accurate to the description. We had dinner with friends just 4 minutes away with good access to the supermarket too.
Very quiet and cozy. Comfy beds and house very clean. Had everything available. Claire very responsive and great communication.

A centrally located residential street with close access (walking) to a number of outdoor recreational space, including:
- Tauranga Harbour boardwalk - 9km loop - great for biking and walking - a 5 minute stroll from house.
- In the other direction - K Valley which contains a network of off road bike
trails - great for all ages in the family - and weaves through urban
wetlands.
- Faulkner Park - Historical garden / trees with playground
Conveniently located to main Tauranga attractions - it almost couldn't be more convenient (no Tauranga traffic woes here): 6 minutes to Bethlehem Shopping Centre, 11 minutes to the Mount Maunganui beach, 6 minutes to the Strand (lots of great eateries and the Hairy Maclary Sculptures), 4 minutes to Memorial Park (mini golf, playground, miniature railway) - the list goes on!!

Bus: 2 minute walk from house to bus stop - buses arrive every 30 minutes, less than 10 minute journey to city centre / bus depot. At bus depot connecting buses to Mount Maunganui, and other key areas in Tauranga.
Walk: 30 minute walk to city centre - passing The Warehouse on the way, Love Rosie (one of the most popular cafes in Tauranga), and Tauranga Primary School (great playgrounds - junior and senior sides).
Car: 6 minutes to City Centre / Hairy Maclary Sculptures / Strand, 4 minutes to Countdown / New World, 11 minutes to Mount Beach, 11 minutes to Omanu Beach, Mount Maunganui.
