Very beautiful villa but we had consistent problems with water supply and poor air-conditioning. half of our stay the villa did not have water, and we had to leave for the airport without showering - a group of 8. the housekeeping staff is very kind and attentive and try their best to solve the problem but it was not enough. I hope the owner fixes these problems

The host and local staffs are very responsive, kind and polite. It was a bit tricky to find the location at first, but the local staff took his way to fetch us and lead to the right location. It's quite tricky to get your car inside the area because the road is so small, but if you don't mind being dropped on the main street and walk a little bit, it should be alright! Because of this, the villa is so peacefully quiet since it's not right beside the road. Villa so clean and neat, mostly everything is prepared. We are very thankful for the welcome drink and snacks too. Everything I need, the staff will respond relatively fast. Any water leaking and technical issue also will be fixed during their cleaning time. We are very happy with the service! On the main street near the villa, there is a nice local cafe, 2 big supermarkets, 1 mini market and pharmacy too. I can get whatever I need by walking distance. Totally a strategic and comfy villa to stay in!
